Education Welfare and Attendance Support Officer

Alleyn''s School based in Dulwich, London, are seeking an Education Welfare and Attendance Support Officer to play a role in supporting the School''s pastoral and safeguarding systems through a combination of administrative, attendance, and front-of-house duties. This is a part-time, term time only role, working 19 hours per week. It is anticipated that the postholder will take the lead on attendance duties for the equivalent of one full working day per week, managing and monitoring attendance processes during that time. The remaining hours will be dedicated to supporting the Education Welfare Officers. The successful candidate will work closely with the Education Welfare Officers, Deputy Head Pastoral, and the Designated Safeguarding Lead, helping ensure that pupils are safe, supported, and accounted for. The salary will be in the range of £11,267 to £12,393 per annum based on experience and will be paid over twelve-monthly instalments. This is based on a full-time equivalent salary of £30,000 to £33,000 per annum.
