Education Team Manager Families First Programme Education First £400 £500 per day Interim Opportunity Education First is recruiting an experienced Education Team Manager to support the delivery of the Families First Programme. We are looking for a confident manager with a strong education background, essential Virtual School experience and the ability to coordinate professionals and services supporting children and families. This role would suit an experienced education leader who can build effective partnerships, support team performance and help deliver improved outcomes for children and young people. The Role You will support the effective management and coordination of education-related services within the Families First Programme, working collaboratively with colleagues across education, children''s services and partner agencies. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate education-related activity within the Families First Programme. Support staff performance, workload management and service delivery. Build effective working relationships with schools, Virtual School colleagues and partner agencies. Coordinate multi-agency responses to meet the needs of children and families. Monitor progress, identify risks and support timely interventions. Contribute to service planning, performance reporting and continuous improvement.
