The organisation operates across four SEN schools in Devon, and this role will be based mainly in Totnes with occasional travel to Newton Abbot. The position involves supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH.Key Responsibilities:Provide professional 1:1 support and supervision to pupils aged 7-16, encouraging their engagement and progress in learning.Plan, deliver, and evidence individual learning programmes for pupils, either 1:1 or in small groups, tailoring strategies to individual needs.Support vulnerable young people in improving their emotional well-being, raising aspirations, and achieving their full potential.Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model and fostering an environment of respect and positivity.Encourage the development of strategies to manage behaviour, anger, and frustration, promoting independence and self-esteem.Maintain accurate records of pupil progress, attend multi-agency meetings when required, and contribute to relevant paperwork, including ..... full job details .....
