      <description>Location: Totnes | Salary: &amp;pound;26440 - &amp;pound;27440/annum | Type: Permanent | Education Support Worker (SEN) - Permanent Role   Location:  Totnes, Devon (with travel to Newton Abbot)  Organisation:  SEN School  Start Date: 1st September 2026  TimePlan Education are working with an alternative education provider to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced  Education Support Worker  to join their team in a permanent role, providing crucial support and tutoring for secondary-aged pupils within an alternative education setting. The organisation operates across four SEN schools in Devon, and this role will be based mainly in  Totnes  with occasional travel to  Newton Abbot . The position involves supporting pupils with a range of needs, including  ASC, ADHD , and  SEMH .   Key Responsibilities:    Provide professional 1:1 support and supervision to pupils aged 7-16, encouraging their engagement and progress in learning.  Plan, deliver, and evidence individual learning programmes for pupils, either 1:1 or in small groups, tailoring strategies to individual needs.
