Responsibilities

Working with students aged 11-16 to inspire, guide, and support their personal, social, and emotional development.

Organising and delivering engaging activities that promote positive youth development.

Providing mentoring and pastoral support to individual students or small groups.

Creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging.

Qualifications / Attributes

A genuine passion for supporting and empowering students to reach their full potential.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people.

Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
