360 Education Recruitment Consultant - Primary or Secondary Schools (Remote)
Location: Remote (London Market)
Salary: [30,000 – 60,000] + Uncapped Commission
Are you a dynamic and driven recruitment professional with a passion for education? Do you have a proven track record of success in placing teachers and support staff into primary and secondary schools? We are seeking an experienced 360 Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing, remote-first team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a warm desk, focusing on the vibrant and high-demand London market. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from building strong relationships with schools to sourcing and placing top-tier education professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with primary and secondary schools across London through strategic calls, emails, and online networking.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise a range of platforms (job boards, social media, our existing database, and referrals) to attract and register high-quality teaching and support staff.
- 360 Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process from initial client contact and needs analysis, through to candidate vetting, interview coordination, offer management, and post-placement support.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidates are fully compliant with safeguarding and regulatory requirements (DBS checks, Right to Work, etc.).
- Relationship Management: Maintain exceptional relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and a positive experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and changes in the London education landscape.
- Exceed Targets: Work towards and exceed both personal and team-based revenue and placement targets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, specifically within the education sector.
- Demonstrable track record of success in developing new business and growing a profitable desk.
- Strong understanding of the London education market (primary and/or secondary).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively and autonomously from home.
- Knowledge of compliance and safeguarding procedures within UK education recruitment.
- Resilient, target-driven, and commercially aware.
