The Role:

• Recruit teachers and support staff for schools in the home counties
• Source, screen, and place candidates into roles
• Build relationships with schools and educators
• Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles
• Work towards achievable KPIs and earn commission on every placement
• Become a trusted advisor to clients in the education sector

We''re Looking For:

• Experience in education recruitment - 1 year minimum
• Confident, resilient, and career-minded individuals
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact
