What Youll Be Doing:
- Managing a busy and successful primary education desk
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates
- Handling high-volume recruitment needs with speed and accuracy
- Using Excel to track performance, manage data, and support reporting
- Making confident, persuasive calls to clients and candidates daily

What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales (education sector a bonus!)
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills - youll be comfortable with spreadsheets and formulas
