Working across a network of partner schools, you will support pupils who are at risk of exclusion or experiencing barriers to education, helping them re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.No two days are the same. You''ll build trusted relationships with pupils, families and school staff while delivering tailored interventions that promote inclusion, emotional wellbeing and educational engagement.The RoleYou will:Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions for secondary-aged pupils.Support young people who are at risk of permanent exclusion, poor attendance or social and emotional disadvantage.Work collaboratively with school staff, families and external professionals to improve outcomes.Promote positive behaviour, resilience and emotional wellbeing through trauma-informed approaches.Help develop bespoke intervention programmes tailored to individual needs.Build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence, engagement and personal development.Maintain accurate ..... full job details .....
