Education Manager

The HCPC is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Education team as an Education Manager. You will lead a portfolio of change and improvement projects, at an exciting time for the department. Following delivery of change and improvement, the role will move to leading a team within a revised structure from September 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled quality assurance professional, with project management experience, who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, delivering organisational change and improving processes and services. You will play a key role in supporting the Education Department through a period of transformation, helping to design, develop and implement new ways of working that enhance the effectiveness of the education regulatory function.
