An outreach role, requiring frequent travel to a range of education and community venues to deliver face to face and digital whole class sessions, small group sessions and 1:1 programmes to young people, adults and service users, parents/carers and the wider young people''s work force Essential criteria • Willing to travel for outreach work and hold a full driving licence with access to a car. • GCSEs (or equivalent) and experience working with young people, adults, or vulnerable groups. • Understanding of the needs of diverse and underrepresented communities. • Strong communication, presentation, and engagement skills. • Ability to deliver effective educational activities and adapt to audience needs. • Committed to equality, diversity, and inclusive practice. • Able to build partnerships, work independently, and manage workload effectively. • Good IT skills, including databases and social media.
