To ensure contract performance is maximised through the monitoring of contractual obligations, performance targets, learner attendance, progressions, achievement, curriculum delivery and quality assurance targets.Responsible for curriculum development in line with the needs of our client, local labour market and employers.Working closely with delivery staff to ensure all financial and contractual targets are met and exceeded.To lead preparations for inspections, audits and external reviews.Recruitment of education and training staff.To maintain and develop positive partnerships, both internally and externally.Essential Criteria:Must hold a minimum of a Level 5 Teaching qualification, or above: e.g. ..... full job details .....
