As an Editorial Planning Lead, you''ll own Sky''s master content calendar and brand storytelling strategy-bringing together voices from across the business to deliver consistent, always-on narratives at the moments that matter most. You''ll shape editorial direction, spot cultural opportunities, and turn insight into impact through smart planning, amplification, and performance-led optimisation.What you''ll do: Lead annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly editorial planning, maintaining content grids, spotting gaps, and unlocking new storytelling opportunities. Own and deliver the Corporate Affairs master content calendar, collaborating with all vertical teams to drive always-on, brand-led storytelling. Identify and activate key cultural moments throughout the year, aligning Sky''s participation across all verticals and channels. Oversee publishing, community management, and paid amplification opportunities, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and performance levers.
