This is a hands-on role supporting a range of litigation, regulatory and investigation matters, with responsibility for managing eDiscovery workflows, client relationships and day-to-day delivery. Key responsibilities Manage eDiscovery matters across the EDRM, from processing through to review and production. Act as a key client contact, providing guidance on workflows and technology. Manage data ingestion, processing and quality control. Support review workflows, including TAR and AI-assisted review. Produce matter documentation and reports. Support and mentor junior team members. Assist with project administration, budgets and billing. Best fit: Experience in eDiscovery, litigation support or forensic technology. Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms, ideally Relativity/RelativityOne (Relevant certifications such as RCA are advantageous but not essential) other useful tools are Nuix etc. Good understanding of the EDRM and end-to-end eDiscovery workflow...
