This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic leader with a strong understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion to influence organisational culture, shape policy and make a lasting impact across South Wales Police and the communities we serve. Could you be who we are looking for? The role will lead the development of EDI policies, standards and reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance with equality legislation and alignment with national policing priorities, including the Police Race Action Plan, Welsh Language Standards and relevant NPCC guidance. You will establish robust governance and assurance arrangements to monitor organisational performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and drive sustainable improvement across the Force.
