Edge Network Architect - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (Maidenhead, 2 days onsite) We are looking for an experienced Edge Network Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise LAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN technologies, combined with hands-on Operational Technology (OT) network experience. In this role, you''ll assess, design, and architect secure, resilient, and scalable edge networking solutions supporting both enterprise IT and operational technology environments, working across complex transformation and modernisation initiatives involving industrial networking, cybersecurity, and secure connectivity. Key Responsibilities Design enterprise edge network architectures covering LAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments, producing High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation Assess current-state network infrastructure and define future-state architecture, migration, and modernisation roadmaps Design and optimise OT network architectures, supporting Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and related operational platforms Define and implement secure IT/OT network segmentation strategies aligned with Zero Trust principles Lead architecture reviews and technical workshops, providing technical leadership and design guidance to implementation and delivery teams What You Will Ideally Bring 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking architecture and design, with strong LAN switching, WLAN, and SD-WAN expertise Experience designing or supporting Operational Technology ..... full job details .....
