What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Secondary ECTs (PGCE, SCITT, or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for education and working with young people
• Adaptability, reliability, and strong classroom presence
• Good communication and behaviour management skills
• Up-to-date DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (depending on your subject specialism)
• Following school policies and ensuring a safe learning environment
• Marking and assessment (for longer-term roles)
• Collaborating with department staff and adapting to various school settings
• Contributing to student progress and wellbeing
