The Opportunity

Are you an ECT looking to gain experience across a range of primary schools? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable teachers to work on a supply basis in Derby, with opportunities available after the Easter break.

Whether you are looking for ad hoc days, daily supply, or short and long-term placements, we can offer flexible opportunities to suit your availability and career goals.

This is a fantastic way to experience different school settings, develop your teaching style, and build relationships that can lead to long-term or permanent roles.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on your preference)
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
• Adapting quickly to different school settings and routines
• Supporting pupils'' academic and personal development
• Building relationships with staff and pupils across a variety of schools

About You

We are looking for ECTs who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Are passionate about teaching and eager to gain experience
• Are flexible, reliable and proactive
• Have strong communication and classroom management skills
• Are keen to build their professional network within Derby schools
