Ideal Candidate:

• Holds, or is currently working towards, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Educated to degree level, ideally within a relevant or specialist subject
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and classroom management
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
