Economy Specialist Teaching Assistant
Location: Secondary School, Tower Hamlets

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Economy Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is an exciting opportunity to support students in their Economics classes and play a key role in helping them prepare for exams.

The successful candidate will work closely with subject teachers to provide academic support, build students'' confidence, and ensure they are well-prepared to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in Economics lessons, both in class and in small-group settings.

• Provide targeted help with subject knowledge, revision, and exam preparation.

• Assist teachers with learning resources and classroom activities.

• Encourage students to develop independent study skills and a positive attitude to learning.

• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to staff and students.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a background in Economics (degree or strong subject knowledge).

• Be passionate about supporting young people in their academic journey.

• Be confident in supporting students up to GCSE and A-Level.

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Be proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
