Circular Economy and Waste Sector SMEs - Multiple Contract Opportunities We are seeking a number of experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support high-profile environmental and circular economy programmes across waste, recycling, packaging, compliance and resource recovery policy deliveryThese are specialist advisory roles where successful candidates will bring deep operational or technical expertise from industry. In-house policy expertise will be provided, so candidates do not need to be career policy professionals - however, they must be recognised experts within their field.Location: Predomintely remote - Adhocs visits to London, York, Bristol or Newcastle Areas of Expertise Required: We are interested in professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:Packaging Recovery Notes (PRN/PERN)Plastics reduction and packaging regulationWaste crime enforcement and complianceLandfill operations, closure and methane captureTyre recycling and circularityVehicle recycling / End of Life Vehicles (ELV)Batteries regulation, reuse and recyclingResidual waste infrastructure and resource recoveryWhat You''ll Bring:Strong technical, operational or commercial expertise in your specialist areaExperience working with regulators, local authorities, producers, recyclers or compliance schemesAbility to engage credibly with stakeholders across industry and governmentStrategic thinking and evidence-based problem solvingExperience contributing to policy implementation, ..... full job details .....
