You may also be asked to support with Business Studies or related subjects at KS4.The school is seeking an enthusiastic Economics teacher with experience of teaching A-level Economics who can deliver engaging lessons to inspire students so they can apply economic theory to real-world situations.What Students StudyYear 12: Students begin by developing core knowledge of both microeconomics and macroeconomics. They explore how businesses, markets, and the wider economy operate, analyse supply and demand, pricing, and market structures, and consider the causes of market failure.Year 13: Students deepen their knowledge by analysing government policies, international trade, and financial markets. They study macroeconomic performance and policy, exploring key questions such as: How can government policies boost growth? What factors shape trade?
