Dedicated Economics & Business Teacher Wanted in Ealing! Enterprise Secondary School

Location: Ealing Role: Economics & Business Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Economics and Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4 and potentially A-Level.
• Inspire students to develop a strong understanding of economic and business principles, practices, and the entrepreneurial landscape within an enterprise focused environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Economics and Business Studies curriculum.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Economics and Business Studies.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages entrepreneurial thinking, financial literacy, and the application of business concepts within an enterprise context.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Economics, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Economics and Business Studies at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Strong subject knowledge of economic and business theory and practice, with an understanding of the enterprise landscape.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make economics and business relevant and engaging within an enterprise framework.
• A commitment to fostering entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and a strong understanding of the business world.
