An outstanding secondary school in Ealing is seeking a passionate and dynamic Economics Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2025. The successful candidate will be teaching Economics across Key Stages 4 and 5, including A-Level. You will join a well-established and supportive Humanities and Social Sciences department with a strong track record of success and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Economics lessons
- Teach across KS4 and KS5, adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Contribute to the development of the department curriculum and enrichment activities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes achievement
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Economics at GCSE and A-Level
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for Economics
- Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student progress
- Be an excellent communicator and team player
