Enthusiastic Economics Teacher Wanted in Westminster! Aspiring Secondary School Location: Westminster Role: Economics Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver enthusiastic and engaging Economics lessons at Key Stage 4 and potentially A-Level, motivating students to achieve their full potential.
• Inspire students to develop a strong understanding of economic principles and their relevance to their future aspirations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Economics curriculum within a school that fosters high aspirations.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Economics.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages ambition, hard work, and the realization of academic aspirations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Economics at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Strong subject knowledge of economic theories, models, and their relevance to future opportunities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire aspirations in students.  
• A commitment to fostering a deep understanding of economic concepts and their role in achieving future aspirations within a supportive setting.
