You''ll have responsibility for developing the ecommerce strategy, improving customer acquisition and retention, optimising website performance, and identifying new opportunities to increase revenue across the business. The Role As Ecommerce Manager, you''ll: Take ownership of the ecommerce platform and drive sustainable revenue growth. Develop and implement customer acquisition, retention and trade account growth strategies. Improve website performance, conversion rates and the overall customer journey. Manage product data, pricing, catalogue structure and content accuracy. Analyse sales, customer and website data to identify commercial opportunities and trends. Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs and management reporting. Utilise CRM, ERP and ecommerce systems to improve efficiency and business performance. Lead customer service and sales support activity, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Identify new revenue streams, product categories and growth opportunities. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver key commercial initiatives.
