This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven e-commerce professional who enjoys taking ownership, driving online sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working within a high-profile, event-led retail environment, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end online merchandise operation, combining strategic trading, digital marketing, customer insight and hands-on operational management. The Role As E-commerce and Insight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing the online retail proposition, maximising commercial opportunities and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your key responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of e-commerce trading performance, driving revenue growth, conversion and customer engagement. Developing and delivering commercial trading plans around major events, seasonal campaigns and product launches. Managing online merchandising, promotions, product content and SEO optimisation.
