Ecommerce ExecutiveManchester - Hybrid workingSalary: Circa 30,000 - 35,000 plus bonus potentialThe Opportunity:We are proud to be working closely with a growing international consumer ecommerce business is looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to help expand its direct-to-consumer sales across international markets.Working closely with the Head of Marketing, General Manager and wider commercial team, you will support the growth of websites serving customers across the UK, Europe, North America and other priority territories.This is a hands-on role covering website trading, digital acquisition, merchandising, promotions and customer retention. It would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, analysing performance and turning ideas into measurable growth.Key responsibilities:Support the delivery of international e-commerce growth plans.Manage website trading, product merchandising, pricing and promotional activity.Coordinate product launches, campaigns and seasonal trading events.Grow qualified traffic through paid media, CRM, SEO, affiliates and partnerships.Improve conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.Adapt website content and customer journeys for different international markets.Analyse sales, customer and marketing performance, recommending clear actions.Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends.Work with marketing, product, customer-service, logistics and supply-chain teams.Support improvements to ..... full job details .....
