You will play a key part in managing the day-to-day operations of the company''s ecommerce channels, ensuring that product listings are accurate, orders run smoothly, and customers receive a first-class experience from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain product listings across multiple platforms, including Amazon, eBay and in-house systems.Ensure product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and specifications are accurate and fully optimised.Assist with promotions, discount codes, and new product launches.Oversee the daily flow of online orders, identifying and resolving any order or system issues.Liaise closely with the warehouse and fulfilment teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.Support inventory control by updating stock levels, carrying out audits, and ensuring website data remains current.Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with policy.Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently, providing support on orders, returns, and website queries.Audit the live site regularly to flag and resolve bugs, broken links, or content issues.Monitor ..... full job details .....
