Job Description: Ecommerce Assistant Permanent | Full-time | London | Hybrid I''m currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Assistant on behalf of my client, a rapidly growing and successful retail business with an extensive store network across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced Dropship Buying team, supporting the wider Buying function across a broad range of operational, administrative and commercial activities. The Role I''m looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Ecommerce Assistant who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets and multiple priorities. You''ll provide day-to-day support to the Buying team, helping to ensure that product, cost, retail price, margin and supplier information is maintained accurately and efficiently. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week in the London office. The role would suit someone looking to develop their career within Buying, Merchandising, Commercial or Ecommerce, while gaining valuable exposure to a fast-moving retail environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Dropship Buying team. Maintain accurate product, cost, retail, margin and supplier information across relevant systems, trackers and internal documents. Support the Buying team with the administration and processing of new lines, commercial changes and product amendments.
