This is an excellent opportunity for an established ecologist looking to take on a senior role with the opportunity to develop into team leadership while delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage ecological projects from tender through to completion. Produce high-quality technical reports, including Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIAs), Habitats Regulations Assessments (HRAs), and European Protected Species Licence (EPSL) applications. Manage project budgets, programmes, and client relationships. Lead field surveys and provide technical guidance to junior ecologists. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Support business development through tender preparation and client engagement. Work towards or undertake line management responsibilities.
