ECM (Enterprise Content Management) consultant

Morson have a great opportunity for an experienced ECM (Enterprise Content Management) SME for a leading client. Ideally you will hold current SC Clearance or be eligible. You will act as the technical Lead and will have hands on technical experience of working with ECM, ideally Laserfiche but will consider other like SharePoint/OpenText etc Key areas of the role include; o Complete technical documentation for each project including System Documentation, End User Documentation, and a Test Plan. o Provide troubleshooting, training, and support for the customer during end-user testing and the post-deployment phase. o Lead meetings with customer to gather and analyse project requirements and offer expert advice for business process strategy and improvement. o Design, implement, and deploy a solution for the client''s projects that incorporates out-of-the-box ECM software and functionality, custom Scripting, and custom utilities as necessary. o Assess design/implementation tasks and distribute among all project engineers based on expertise and availability o Review and test new ECM releases to discover bugs and potential enhancements proactively. o Provide feedback on current ECM processes and participate in department retrospectives If you are looking for an exciting challenge, please send your CV to discuss in more detail.
