ECM Existing Customer Management is where the value in a lending book is genuinely made or lost. This role owns the analytics behind how the existing customer base is grown, priced and managed: credit limit increases and decreases, balance transfer strategy, repricing and line assignment. Decisions that move the P&L directly, with a direct line to the people setting the agenda. A strategic thinker who is happy to ask questions will throve in this exciting test and learn environment. The role carries line management responsibility for a team of two analysts. However a hands on mindset is expected. Leading by example will come naturally to the right candidate.
