Mech Tech Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced ECandI Maintenance Technician to work within the Energy-from-Waste (EfW) sector, based in the Cheshire West area. Our client, one of the world''s most prestigious waste and resource management firms, are looking for a competent professional to join their dynamic team as soon as possible. Competitive Salary + Company Benefits Shift Pattern/Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) (08:00 - 16:30) + Overtime when required Overview: As an ECandI Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day electrical, control, and instrumentation maintenance and breakdown support at an Energy from Waste facility. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring maximum plant reliability, safety, flexibility, overall performance and promoting high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance on site. Key Responsibilities: Fault diagnosis, repair, and routine maintenance across a range of systems such as DCS/SCADA, PLCs, instrumentation and electrical equipment Supporting safe and efficient plant operations through timely repairs and technical assistance Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, PandIDs, and loop diagrams. Calibrating digital and analogue instrumentation using tools like Beamex and 4-20mA loop testers Developing, maintaining and recording all work using the site''s computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) Supporting ..... full job details .....
