      <description>Location: Buckinghamshire | Salary: &amp;pound;33600 - &amp;pound;44300/annum | Type: Permanent | EBSA SEND Teacher     Location:  High Wycombe, HP12      Salary:  £33,696 - £44,304 (from April 1st)      Ofsted:  Good      Purpose of the Role      To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching for pupils with complex needs, challenging behaviours, and emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), combining in-person, virtual, and outreach teaching to meet individual learning and emotional needs.      About Our Client      Our client follows a therapeutic model, offering a safe, secure, and friendly environment for pupils aged 11-18.  The setting provides placements for pupils who reside in nearby residential homes.  To meet the diverse needs of young people, a high staff-to-pupil ratio is maintained, with classes typically comprising no more than four pupils. Each class is supported by at least one teacher and a Teaching Assistant.      Key Responsibilities      Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-informed lessons tailored to pupils with SEND, trauma histories, and EBSA, using both in-class and virtual platforms.
