East Sussex- Senior Prac SW-Quality Practice & Safeguarding

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner Social Worker to join the Quality Practice and Safeguarding Team in East Sussex.

This is a safeguarding development role and is not caseload based.

Senior Practitioner Social Worker - Quality Practice & Safeguarding Team Working Pattern: Hybrid - predominantly working from home

Location: East Sussex - County Hall, Lewes
Rate: -36.87 per hour
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Duration: 4-5 months

Key Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Adult Safeguarding policies, procedures and relevant legislation

• Experience undertaking safeguarding enquiries involving Domestic Abuse

• Experience attending MARAC

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, health professionals, members of the public and other agencies

• Social Work qualification and professional registration

Role Information

The successful candidate will work as part of the Quality Practice and Safeguarding Team, supporting safeguarding development and practice across adult social care.

The role is predominantly home-based, with some attendance required at County Hall, Lewes. Council equipment will be provided and will need to be collected.
