Responsibilities Supervise day to day earthworks and groundworks activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. Oversee excavation, cut and fill, embankments, grading, compaction, formation works, and associated civils. Lead site teams, plant operators, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, RAMS, permits, and Network Rail requirements. Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and site access to maintain productivity. Monitor quality, progress, levels, tolerances, and earthworks testing. Work closely with the Site Manager, Engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Promote a strong health, safety, environmental, and quality culture. Complete site records, inspections, briefings, and toolbox talks.
