Job Title: Early Years Tutor/CoachLocation: National (primarily London and South of England)About the Role / Job Summary:Our client is a well-established national apprenticeship and training provider committed to developing talent and creating opportunities for learners to build successful careers.They are seeking an Early Years Tutor/Coach to support apprenticeship learners throughout their programme and prepare them for End-Point Assessment (EPA). The successful candidate will manage a caseload of up to 45 learners, carrying out face-to-face workplace assessments and delivering qualifications including the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner and Level 3 Early Years Educator.This is a field-based role requiring travel, primarily across London and the South of England, with occasional national travel as the organisation continues to grow. Access to a car is therefore desirable.Key Responsibilities:Support apprenticeship learners through to EPA.Conduct face-to-face workplace assessments.Manage a caseload of up to 45 learners.Deliver qualifications, including Level 2 Early Years Practitioner and Level 3 Early Years Educator.Travel nationally as needed.Qualifications:Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.Teaching qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.Education Requirements:Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.Relevant teaching qualifications are advantageous.Experience Requirements:Experience in delivering training or ..... full job details .....
