About the Role:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and helping children in the Early Years Foundation Stage develop socially, emotionally, and academically. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative and child-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning through play and structured activities
• Assisting with phonics, early numeracy, and literacy development
• Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support individual needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)
• A relevant childcare or teaching assistant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3)
• A genuine passion for early years education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
