Do you love working with young children and seeing them discover the world for the first time? Are you patient, creative and ready to get stuck in with messy play, story time and lots of learning through fun?

A friendly primary school in Little Lever, Bolton is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team this September. You\''ll mainly be helping out with day-to-day classroom activities, supporting the teacher, and giving a little extra help to children who need more encouragement.

What you''ll be doing

Helping to set up exciting activities that make learning fun

Supporting little ones with their reading, counting and play-based learning

Giving 1:1 or small group support to children who may need a bit of extra guidance

Encouraging independence, sharing and positive friendships

Being a friendly, caring role model the children can trust

Someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a difference

A positive, hands-on attitude (no two days are the same in Early Years!)

Patience, kindness and a nurturing approach

Experience in a nursery or school setting is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
