Working across Nursery and Reception, you will help create a positive learning environment where children can develop their communication, social skills and early academic foundations.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who enjoys play-based learning and supporting children through the important first stages of their education.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport teaching and learning across Nursery and Reception.Assist with phonics, early reading, writing and number activities.Deliver engaging play-based activities that support the EYFS curriculum.Help children develop communication, language, confidence and independence.Provide individual and small-group support where needed.Support children with SEND and adapt activities to meet different learning needs.Work closely with teachers to monitor progress and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom.What We''re Looking ForA Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent relevant qualification.Previous ..... full job details .....
