Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Early Years TA to work within nursery and primary school settings in Chatham.

This is a full-time position and offers flexibility for candidates who are happy to work within a nursery setting, where working hours may vary depending on the needs of the setting.

You could be working within either a nursery or primary school environment, supporting children with their early learning and development.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting children''s learning through play and structured activities

• Helping create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment

• Supporting children''s social, emotional and educational development

• Working alongside teachers and nursery staff

• Assisting with daily routines and classroom activities

• Encouraging children''s independence and confidence

• Supporting individual learning and development needs

• Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential

• Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting

• Comfortable working within either a nursery or primary school

• Flexible working hours if working within a nursery setting

• Reliable, enthusiastic and nurturing approach

• DBS required, or willingness to apply for a new DBS

• Driver preferred due to the location of the settings
