Salary: andpound;33,075 to andpound;50,471 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

A supportive and inclusive specialist early years setting in Aylesbury is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teacher with experience in SEN to join their team in September. This role is perfect for someone passionate about early childhood education and skilled in supporting children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored, engaging lessons to meet the needs of children with SEN
• Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
• Work closely with support staff, SENCO, and families
• Monitor progress and adapt learning plans accordingly
• Promote personal, social, and emotional development alongside academic goals

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYT)
• Experience working in EYFS and with children with SEN
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and inclusive practice
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, flexible, and compassionate approach
