About the Role:

• A qualified and experienced EYFS teacher with a proven track record of success
• Committed to setting and maintaining high expectations for all learners
• Experienced in leading and working collaboratively with two Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
• Strong understanding of phonics, with a preference for experience in Little Wandle Phonics
• Skilled in differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
• A passionate and dedicated educator, committed to delivering engaging and impactful early years teaching

The ideal candidate will:

• A UK-recognised teaching qualification
• A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full compliance with Department for Education guidelines
• A genuine passion for early years education and child development
