      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;140 - &amp;pound;232/day | Type: Temporary | Early Years Teacher / MAT Cover - Druids Heath Location: Druids Heath, Birmingham Contract: Full-time (5 days per week) Agency: Aspire People  Full-Time Early Years Teacher - Reception  Aspire People is seeking a full-time Early Years Teacher to cover in a Reception class in Druids Heath. This role is part of MAT cover and is ideal for teachers experienced in high-needs children with low-level development, with familiarity in Little Wandle phonics preferred.  The Role:  Deliver engaging lessons to Reception pupils, meeting individual developmental needs. Support children with high needs and low-level development to achieve progress. Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effectively. Deliver phonics sessions (Little Wandle preferred, not essential). Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.  The Ideal Candidate:  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Early Years / Reception, ideally in high-needs settings. Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and assessment practices. Familiarity with Little Wandle phonics is preferred.
