This role is part of MAT cover and is ideal for teachers experienced in high-needs children with low-level development, with familiarity in Little Wandle phonics preferred. The Role: Deliver engaging lessons to Reception pupils, meeting individual developmental needs. Support children with high needs and low-level development to achieve progress. Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effectively. Deliver phonics sessions (Little Wandle preferred, not essential). Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
