Empowering Learning are working with an Academy Trust supporting Primaries across the Grimsby area - The Schools are looking for Early Years Teachers to join their team.We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teachers. The successful candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment that supports children''s early development and inspires a love of learning.You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework, while building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver creative and engaging lessons and activitiesSupport children''s social, emotional, and educational developmentMonitor and assess children''s progress and maintain accurate recordsCreate a positive and inclusive classroom environmentWork collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carersEnsure safeguarding and welfare standards are always maintainedEncourage curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learnersThe Ideal Candidate Will HaveQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant Early Years qualificationExperience working within an Early Years settingStrong knowledge of the EYFS curriculumExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA caring, patient, and enthusiastic approachCommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenWhat We OfferA supportive and welcoming team environmentOpportunities for professional development and ..... full job details .....
