Early Years Teacher 12 Months Fixed Term (Immediate Start)Academics are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school on a fixed-term contract with the potential for extension. This role will involve teaching across Nursery and Year 1, providing continuity and a nurturing learning environment for children aged 3-6.This is an excellent opportunity for a reflective practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally within a nurturing and inclusive school environment.The RoleAs an Early Years Teacher, you will:Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Nursery and Year 1Support children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learningAdapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SENDUse relational approaches to support behaviour and wellbeingWork collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil progressAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will:Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher status (EYTS)Have experience teaching within Early YearsDemonstrate strong classroom practice and high expectations for pupil achievementHave experience supporting children with SEND, particularly Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needsBe a reflective practitioner with excellent communication skillsBe caring, adaptable, and committed to inclusive educationWhat''s on OfferMPS pay scaleImmediate ..... full job details .....
