This rewarding role focuses on supporting parents and carers to create positive home learning environments, helping children reach key developmental milestones and ensuring emerging needs are identified and addressed at the earliest opportunity. You will play a vital role in reducing developmental inequalities and empowering families to support their child's learning, communication, emotional wellbeing and overall development. Working directly with families in their homes and communities, you will build positive relationships, provide practical advice and guidance, and deliver targeted early intervention support to prevent concerns from escalating.
