What you’ll be getting stuck into as an Early Years Skills Assessor Coach
- Delivering Level 2, 3 and 5 apprenticeship qualifications to early years learners
- Coaching and preparing learners for end-point assessments
- Visiting workplaces across the region to carry out observations and assessments
- Ensuring all assessment and coaching activities align with National Standards and Awarding Body requirements
- Supporting childcare providers so that training delivery meets their operational needs
- Managing your own learner caseload, appointments and documentation efficiently
What you’ll bring to the table as an Early Years Skills Assessor Coach
- CAVA, A1 Award or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience delivering early years or childcare assessment
- Degree-level early years or nursery management background
- Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS or equivalent) — desirable
- Strong organisation, accuracy and IT literacy
This is a home-based role with travel in the local region to meet with learners in their workplace.
