Managed complex EHC cases from initial assessment through to EHCP development, review and amendment. Worked collaboratively with parents, early years settings, schools and multi-agency professionals to identify needs and secure appropriate provision. Applied strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory processes to support effective decision-making. Provided guidance and support to junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and assisting with complex casework where required. Managed competing priorities and caseloads effectively, working with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Maintained accurate case records and monitored statutory deadlines to ensure timely progression of cases.
